This level of capability enables us to provide real assistance, in both the pre and post purchase stages of your project. We can specify, ensure compatibility, assist with design, and of course, get you working efficiently. When you telephone us during office hours, refreshingly, you will always be answered by a real person- not a machine. (That is one of the few places we do not approve of automation!!).
In addition to the assistance that being a Westermo customer entitles you to, our engineers can also be commissioned to provide on-site assistance such as troubleshooting services, Radio site surveying, and commissioning assistance.
